Create complex craft cocktails using premium spirits, house-made syrups, fresh ingredients, and advanced techniques including muddling, flaming, and molecular mixology
Contribute to seasonal cocktail menu development and suggest creative variations on classic cocktails
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and specialty ingredients including their origins, flavor profiles, and proper applications
Execute flawless presentation including proper glassware selection, garnish preparation, and artistic plating techniques
Take food orders, relay special requests to kitchen staff, and serve meals with proper fine dining etiquette and timing
Coordinate beverage pairings with food courses and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
Provide attentive tableside service including wine service, bread service, and table maintenance when not behind the bar
Engage guests with sophisticated conversation about beverages, food pairings, and dining recommendations
Demonstrate proper wine service techniques including presentation, opening, decanting, and serving at appropriate temperatures
Maintain extensive knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and food pairings to make educated recommendations
Educate guests on premium spirits, cocktail history, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience
Manage bar inventory including premium spirits, wines, fresh ingredients, and specialty garnishes
Maintain immaculate bar setup including proper tool placement, ingredient organization, and equipment calibration
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for all beverages served
Operate and maintain advanced bar equipment including espresso machines, wine preservation systems, and specialty cocktail equipment
Qualification
Required
Expertise in craft cocktail preparation
Extensive knowledge of premium spirits and wines
Ability to serve food while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Advanced mixology skills including muddling, flaming, and molecular mixology
Comprehensive knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and specialty ingredients
