Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple project teams and managing the relationship with several top executives across the company
Gradually specializing in one of Adobe’s three clouds (e.g., joining the extended staff of Adobe’s EVP and GM for the Digital Experience business unit)

Required

6-8+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or within an equivalent corporate strategy group. This experience must include overseeing complex strategy projects
15+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change
Top undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience
Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; prior understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
Creative problem solver with a bias for action
Relentless but collaborative – ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams
