They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Clerical Associate to provide comprehensive support to senior team members and ensure a high level of customer service. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and assisting clients, trusted advisors, and vendors in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Assist senior team members with all administrative duties - prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence

Maintain organized client filing systems electronically

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email and packages

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Assist clients, trusted advisors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate personnel

Process billing and other service-related requests

Obtain and create client documents from Insurance Company partners

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience educational requirement; and any preferred level of education

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Adaptability to a changing environment
