Responsibilities
Serve as the technical focal point during sales cycles, including customer meetings, technical deep dives, demos, and architecture discussions
Lead the design and execution of POCs to demonstrate the value of Quali’s automation platform in real-world customer environments
Provide hands-on assistance in deploying Quali’s platform using best practices in automation, cloud, and DevOps tooling
Act as a trusted advisor and SME for DevOps topics including automation, IaC, cloud infrastructure, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
Assist in creating repeatable, scalable architectures and reference deployments
Qualification
Required
4+ years in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related engineering roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CFN, Helm, etc.)
Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell)
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Gitlab CI)
Experience with virtualization/containerization (e.g., VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes)
Preferred
Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or solution architect capacity
Experience with Quali products or similar infrastructure orchestration platforms
Background in telecommunications, large-scale enterprise environments, or complex networking infrastructures
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and customer environments
