They are seeking an Army Modernization Strategy, Plans, Policy, and Readiness Senior Analyst to provide technical and operational analysis support for the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution process and equipment modernization strategy development.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational analysis support for:

PPBE process

Development of requirements and materiel solutions

Unit fielding; and

Overall Equipment Modernization future requirements and strategy development

Deliver strategic input for all PPBE events, enhancing alignment with the President’s Budget and Budget Estimate Submissions

Develop acquisition strategies for critical programs, supporting key POM decisions and stakeholder objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree(s) in: operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering (Systems or Industrial), and/or computer science

At least 10 years supporting Army modernization Strategy, Plans, Policy or equivalent

Expertise with PPBE process

Prior Army service, preferably with hands on experience in unit fielding

Demonstrated experience in using the tools of operations research, specifically the application of systems analysis, simulation & optimization, probability and statistics, data and mathematical analysis during a project

Possess the ability to collect and organize information from a variety of sources, such as computer databases, sales histories, and customer feedback

Active Secret Clearance
