Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and accuracy
Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse activities
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline workflows
Train and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture
Qualification
Required
Proven 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400 or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
Preferred
Experience in process improvement methodologies
Basic understanding of transportation management principles
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
