Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals ($250K+ average deal size)
Exceed revenue quotas through value-based solution selling
Manage multiple opportunities while coordinating internal resources across various sales stages
Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts
Build and nurture client relationships through strategic networking and engagement
Serve as a thought leader in AI, data, and analytics—guiding clients through complex challenges
Partner with delivery teams to craft tailored, high-impact solutions
Engage with C-suite executives, addressing their most critical business needs
Leverage CRM insights to track sales performance, refine forecasts, and enhance pipeline visibility

Required

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing professional services role
3+ years of success selling data, analytics, and AI consulting services

Strategic deal-making expertise and consultative selling skills
Hands-on problem solver with a 'get it done' mindset—ready to tackle challenges and drive results
Strong work ethic and a commitment to going the extra mile
Curiosity and a lifelong love of learning, staying ahead of industry trends
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Expertise in sales management methodologies with hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of AI, analytics, data management, and data strategy concepts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong networking skills and deep industry/market knowledge
