Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or computer engineering
10+ years of relevant work experience developing consumer or commercial products in a fast-paced environment
Real world embedded systems experience developing firmware with MCUs, RTOSs, and device drivers for low power devices
Strong C programming experience
Strong RTOS experience
Ability to read schematics and debug FW/HW interaction issues
This role is a hybrid position, requiring occasional work in the office at the company headquarters in Los Altos, CA (may be up to 3 days per week)
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available
Preferred
Experience reducing power consumption by optimizing code and tracking down microWatts using power analysis tools
Python is a plus
WiFi and Bluetooth Low Energy firmware development experience
Cryptography experience
Experience porting BSPs and SDKs to new chipsets
Experience using debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, Wireshark, and BLE Sniffers to diagnose problems
