Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and daily operations of a recognized organizational program
Develop and implement program strategies, governance structures, workflows, and performance standards
Work together with cross-functional teams and collaborators to align program goals and ensure effective communication and coordination
Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational efficiency; provide recommendations and implement solutions
Analyze program data and trends to evaluate performance, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement
Manage program-related communications, training, and onboarding to ensure clarity and consistency across teams
Coordinate or contribute to program budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource planning
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining program integrity and accountability
May supervise staff or lead project teams to support program objectives

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Management, or a related field
Experience in a healthcare or organizational setting with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives
