Required

Deep understanding of high-performance computing (HPC) concepts, including parallel programming models (e.g., OpenMP, NCCL, MPI), memory hierarchy, and bandwidth optimization
Experience developing and scaling large deep learning models on multi-GPU, multi-node clusters, with strong familiarity in model parallelism and distributed training (e.g., DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM, Ray)
Proven hands-on experience with C/C++ and low-level programming (e.g., CUDA kernels, Triton), including performance tuning and profiling (e.g., Nsight, VTune)
Proficiency with mixed precision (e.g., FP16, TF32) and tensor core optimization for high-throughput workloads
Experience building, optimizing, and benchmarking exascale numerical simulators (e.g., FDTD, FEM) for physics-based modeling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with relevant industry experience (PhD is a plus)
