This role focuses on go-to-market execution, product documentation, and cross-geo alignment efforts, ensuring successful and scalable product launches.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain product documentation, including launch boxes, internal training materials, and customer-facing collateral. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity
Work with regional leaders to harmonize product offerings, pricing, and packaging. Support the migration of legacy solutions into standardized bundles
Own the tactical rollout of new products, including coordination with GTM, sales, and technical teams. Ensure launches are timely, well-documented, and supported across all geographies
Maintain and improve the Product SharePoint site, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for product information. Help define and refine internal product processes
Support VP of Product Management to focus on strategic efforts like agreement consolidation, AI product development, and gross margin optimization

Required

Proven experience in product management, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or MSP environments

Self-starter with a bias for action and a knack for simplifying the complex

Preferred

Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, ConnectWise, and Microsoft 365 is a plus
