Responsibilities
Install CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and related hardware at client sites
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV, alarm, and security systems
Set up and configure network-based security systems, including IP cameras and remote monitoring solutions
Provide training and support to clients on system operations and basic troubleshooting
Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs for reporting purposes
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, company policies, and local regulations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in CCTV/security system installation and maintenance
Proficiency in working with analog and IP-based security systems, access control systems, and alarm systems
Familiarity with basic networking principles, including IP addressing and router configuration
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively and safely
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and navigate confined spaces when necessary
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CTS, or manufacturer-specific certifications) are a plus
Experience working in commercial, government, or high-security environments
Knowledge of intrusion detection systems and intercom systems
Previous experience with software for monitoring and configuring security systems
