Graduate from PLACE Launch
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique real estate needs and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process
Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers or tenants
Conduct thorough property evaluations and market research to provide accurate pricing and market analysis for clients
Collaborate and network with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your reach and enhance your real estate knowledge
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional in the state of Oregon. (required to join the team)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to cooperate with others
Team Player at heart
Learning based, growth-minded
Organized and prepared
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
Preferred
1-3+ years' of sales experience preferred (Just starting out? Please Apply!)
