Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
Take part in team activities as outlined by team guidelines
Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
Qualification
Required

Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
Learning based personality
Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
High school graduate
Willingness to grow
