CampusWorks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Colleague Programmer/Technical Consultant to support higher education clients in enhancing and integrating their Colleague systems. The role involves developing integrations, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of the Colleague software suite.

Responsibilities

Develop Colleague integrations following best practices and using tools like Ethos APIs, Ethos Integration, Ellucian Experience Cards, Data Connect, Colleague SDK for .NET, SFTP, Elf Imports, etc

Complete programming/analysis and/or testing using Colleague Studio

Participate in Colleague/Ellucian module project implementation and/or Unidata to SQL migration for Colleague

Patching, Cloning, and Installation of base Colleague Applications

Provide technical support for the Colleague software suite

Provide Colleague system administration and monitoring

Manage system backups/updates/releases

Provide end user training

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience working with Colleague at higher education institutions

Report Writing (including SQL Reporting Services, CROA, ODS, Informer, and/or other reporting tools)

Experience with all Colleague Modules

Experience with installation and setup of Colleague Self-Service, WebAPI, and Ethos

Experience installing SSL Certificates

Experience installing application and database patches

Experience using Colleague Studio

SQL Server, Unidata, and Oracle (as needed) relational databases

Data migrations (ETL) experience

Experience with Colleague Self-Service / Ellucian Experience

SQL Proficiency

API Integrations experience

Colleague SaaS migration experience

Unidata to SQL migration experience
