The role involves providing behavioral support using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school setting, working either as a 1:1 support or as a general classroom aide.

Responsibilities
Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity
Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Potential toileting/diapering assistance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Passion for supporting students in the learning process
Strong assessment skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred
Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
