Memory Care Program Assistant
Wentworth Senior Living is a community-focused organization dedicated to providing high-quality care for seniors. They are seeking Memory Care Program Assistants to support residents living with dementia through personalized care and engagement activities.

Responsibilities
Provide person-centered support to residents living with dementia, in accordance with individual care plans
Document and assess interactions, behaviors, and progression of dementia
Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure a high quality of life for residents with dementia
Facilitate one-on-one and group activities for individuals living with dementia
Assist with mealtimes and the resident dining experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
Prior experience in dementia care or supporting individuals with cognitive impairment is preferred
Prior experience in social work or social services settings is a plus
