Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational and business plans consistent with the mission and vision of Broward Health
Demonstrate and promote Broward Health values, service for excellence behaviors and continuous improvement
Be responsible for the assigned enterprise service line and report to the Corporate Transformation Executive
Be accountable for managing the cost, quality, access, and service
Provide an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates
Demonstrate and promote corporate values, service excellence behaviors and continuous improvement
Manage service lines areas including all areas of Women's and Children's specialties for Broward Health Point

Qualification

Ambulatory OB/GYN experienceRegistered Nurse licenseBachelor's degree in nursingMaster's degree in nursingLeadership skills

Required

Accredited bachelor's degree in nursing required
Must have ambulatory OB/GYN experience
Seven (7) or more years of related experience in progressive growth, strategy, and operations for Women's and Children's medical practices
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required

Preferred

Accredited master's degree in nursing preferred
