Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday configurations
Configuration : Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Absence, Time Tracking, and many more!
Integration : Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
Testing : Conduct unit and system testing to ensure solutions meet client specifications
Training and Support : Provide training to client teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases
Best Practices : Advise clients on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes

Required

Workday Certification: Must either be actively or previously Workday certified within any Workday module
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience

Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and manage their expectations
Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs
