Affluent Personal Lines Account Executive

NFP, an Aon company, is a recognized leader in Business Insurance and is seeking an Affluent Personal Lines Account Executive. This role involves interacting with clients, developing relationships, and preparing applications and marketing strategies for new business and renewals, while also supporting the Account Management team and achieving client retention targets.

Responsibilities

Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Must be able run reports, prepare presentations and standard business correspondence
Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
Responsible for accurate information such as updated exposures, driver information, reporting forms, signed endorsements and miscellaneous information to avoid any E&O claims
Maintains a follow-up system to ensure policies, endorsements and other information is received to comply with requests
May direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators and Account Managers
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and clients through regular contact and client visits. Keep clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues

Required

Experience servicing clients within Private Client Business/Personal Risk/Personal Lines - affluent-HNW group
Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs

Knowledge of all areas of Personal/Personal Risk coverage is required
Demonstrated strong client-leadership skills along with servicing clients in the high-net-worth/private client group space
Ability and desire for a team leader and leadership career track
Experience with EPIC or similar client management system required
Possess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner
Excellent written communication skills – writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written information
Self-confident to make sound independent decisions
Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalities
Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills and problem resolution
P&C License upon hire. Additional P&C designations preferred
More than 5 years of industry and Personal Lines/Personal Risk/High net worth experience
Experience working with private client insurance carriers

Preferred

Florida market experience is highly preferred
BA/BS preferred
