Responsibilities

Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Lead investigations into employee concerns, complaints, and policy violations in coordination with Legal or Compliance as appropriate
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, leave trends) and provide actionable insights to leaders
Facilitate initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
Support organizational change initiatives by advising on communication, training, and impact mitigation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, wage and hour) and healthcare-specific HR regulations
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or generalist
Ability to partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Lead investigations into employee concerns, complaints, and policy violations in coordination with Legal or Compliance as appropriate

Master's degree or HR Certification (e.g.SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR)
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
Familiarity with Joint Commission, OSHA, and healthcare workforce regulatory standards
