Responsibilities

Initiating contact with new leads without needing external prompts
Maintaining a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity
Building strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections over quick sales
Collaborating with team members, sharing successful strategies, and supporting team goals
Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy
Adapting to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity

Required

1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively
Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks
High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism during conflicts
Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas
