Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects, uncovering business challenges and mapping them to Ketryx’s platform capabilities

Design tailored solutions and proofs-of-value that demonstrate measurable impact

Act as a subject matter expert on DevOps practices and software development in regulated environments

Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations of Ketryx’s platform, aligning key features with customer pain points

Collaborate with sales teams to shape proposals that highlight Ketryx’s value: faster releases, higher software quality, and continuous inspection readiness

Serve as the technical point of contact during evaluation and implementation phases

Address customer questions around integrations, security, validation, and compliance

Stay current on industry regulations, development practices, and competitor capabilities
