Responsibilities
Helping our clients improve efficiency and lower operating costs on new and exciting projects
Ensuring buildings deliver maximize comfort for the life of the building
Developing, managing and coordinating project-specific commissioning and balancing plans
Performing commissioning activities on a variety of building systems
Verifying building system compliance to engineering specifications
Reviewing system installation, start-up, functional performance and control systems operations
Manage project specific pre-start, start-up, and test-adjust-balance field work
Conduct Cx coordination meetings as needed with owner, project management, contractor, and other Cx team members as defined in the Cx plan
Develop a project specific training agenda and manage the systems training
Represent McKinstry at project specific Cx coordination meetings
Provide recommendations and feedback regarding the design, equipment selection, test and balance requirements, maintainability, and potential enhancements of the system
Communicate noted Cx issues, questions, and concerns through proper channels in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Manage project specific pre-start, start-up, and test-adjust-balance field work
