Responsibilities

Managing and coaching: You will be managing and coaching a full-stack engineering team and guide the development of infrastructure across web, mobile, backend and data engineering
Technical leadership: You will be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team and the broader engineering organization in making diligent architectural decisions
Setting direction: You will be collaborating with engineers and the founders to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap
Team building: You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years full-time software engineering experience
3+ years professional engineering management experience leading Trading / Advanced Trading teams or platforms
Proven track record in leading high-output teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Preferred

1+ years of experience with a blockchain based product
