Lead a team of four in month end close and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Manage purchase accounting in accordance with ASC 805
Develop white papers on technical accounting standards and practices
Oversee stock compensation and lease accounting (ASC 718 and ASC 842)
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA certification is required
Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting
7+ years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting with a national CPA firm is required
3+ years of experience managing a high-performing accounting team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
