They are seeking a driven and energetic B2B Sales Executive to join their outside sales team, responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales

Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions

Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships

Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities

Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system

Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers

Maintain an active pipeline via your personal "Hot 25" prospects list

Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process

Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach
