Responsibilities
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope
Oversee all aspects of projects to include vendor coordination and communication
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
Coordination with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope, and develop a repeatable process through cutover and deployment
Coordination with the interface and Oracle Health PMO on status reporting, updates to the integrated master schedule (IMS), and executive level presentations
Coordinate with the Integration Architects (IAs) and Interface Deployment team regarding interface readiness for events such as Integration Validation
Document, brief, and escalate risks and issues; plan and execute mitigation strategies for risks and issues
Communicate defined process and procedures to team members and ensure the process and procedures are being followed
Ensure that timely and accurate updates for interface deployment status is documented in the tools utilized by the team for reporting status
Create/Maintain Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery WBS
25% travel (DC metro area)
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of project management experience
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to provide guidance from a functional and technical perspective
Ability to independently drive work forward
Coordination with multiple stakeholders
Ability to raise issues/risks as appropriate
Experience in managing healthcare interfaces
Experience with project initiation, design, management/coordination of local connectivity
Experience with interface engine configuration
Experience identifying solution build dependencies in the Oracle Health Millennium Solution
Experience with configuration and unit testing
Experience with smoke testing and interface validation
Experience with promotion of code to production
Experience with interface readiness reporting
Experience with production validation, dry runs, table-top rehearsals, Mock Go-Live, Go-Live, and Go-Live staffing support
Ability to work out of the Arlington, VA office 4x/week
Ability to prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
Experience working directly with clients and vendors
Experience coordinating with the Release Manager and interface and Oracle Health PMO
Experience documenting, briefing, and escalating risks and issues
Ability to communicate defined process and procedures to team members
Experience ensuring timely and accurate updates for interface deployment status
Experience creating/maintaining Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery WBS
Willingness to travel 25% (DC metro area)
