Responsibilities

Engaging in multiple project assignments and prioritize competing project demands

Leading project strategy meetings within the discipline, develops design concepts and recommends systems, produces pricing and proposal presentation documents, and outlines specifications

Identifiying the basis of design for roadway, signing, striping, traffic control, constructability, hydrology, hydraulics, utilities, and erosion sediment control design approach

Directing technical efforts of project engineers, designers, technicians, and/or interns assigned to the project

Sign and seal design documents when assigned as Professional of Record

Adviseing and assisting owners and contractors in the interpretation and clarification of construction documents and response to requests for information

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering

10+ years of transportation design

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

Working knowledge of Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or InRoads

Engaging in multiple project assignments and prioritize competing project demands

Leading project strategy meetings within the discipline, develops design concepts and recommends systems, produces pricing and proposal presentation documents, and outlines specifications
