Strategy and Operations Lead
Savant is transforming how healthcare and life sciences organizations unlock the value trapped in unstructured medical data. They are seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to support the leadership team across business operations, sales enablement, and client delivery, ensuring smooth business operations and tracking key metrics.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business operations, including tracking projects, following up on deliverables, and keeping stakeholders aligned
Help coordinate data deliveries and ensure client projects are progressing on time and on scope
Assist with sales and partnership workflows - proposal tracking, pipeline updates, and occasional deck building or analysis
Work directly with senior team members on high-priority initiatives
Qualification
Required
2 - 4 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced, analytical, or operational role (e.g. consulting, healthcare, VC/PE, bizops, startup)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong sense of ownership and initiative — comfortable figuring things out in a dynamic environment
Curiosity about healthcare, data, or technology
Preferred
Bonus: experience with Notion, Airtable, GSheets, HubSpot, or other light project management / CRM tools
