PM Houseperson
North Point Hospitality is a multi-brand hotel development and management company based in Atlanta, GA, seeking a PM Houseperson to maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness and provide exceptional guest experiences. The role involves applying hotel cleanliness standards, maintaining storeroom organization, replenishing supplies, and interacting with guests in a hospitable manner.

Responsibilities
Applies all standards of hotel cleanliness
Maintains shelf organization in the storerooms
Replenishes storeroom supplies
Removes trash from the property
Reports maintenance problems or completing work repair orders
Spot cleans walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc
Sets up meetings space as assigned by Supervisor and other management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical mobility with ability to walk/stand for long periods of time
Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs, walking on various surfaces, bending, stretching, reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling
Requires use of vision, exposure to cleaning chemicals
Professionalism
Ability to delight guests by anticipating needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
Consistently caring and respectful attitude toward internal and external customers
Act as gracious host to all guests
Preferred
Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
