The Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) will be responsible for creating and maintaining a reusable component library in React/Next.js, building interactive workflows, and enhancing the UI/UX of the product.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain a reusable component library in React/Next.js from the ground-up
Build interactive workflows that visualize complex insurance and financial data
Set and continually increase the bar for UI/UX polish
Bring structure and craft to our frontend codebase, focusing on accessibility, performance, and responsiveness
Help establish frontend patterns, design systems, and interface conventions
Qualification
Required
Experience building 'power tools,' meaning complex, multi-step interfaces with high functionality
Deep experience with React and Next.js
Deep experience optimizing React performance
Built and maintained a scalable component system or design system
Strong design sensibility and a high bar for UI polish and interaction
