Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls and send outreach emails to professionals in various departments like Marketing, HR, Operations, and Safety
Use platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify prospects
Navigate gatekeepers and schedule discovery calls with qualified decision-makers
Book meetings directly into the calendars of our sales or leadership team
Log activity and outcomes in Pipedrive CRM
Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B cold calling or SDR experience required
Experience selling services to departments like Marketing, HR, or Operations
Familiar with outbound sales tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, CRMs)
Clear and confident phone communication skills, along with professional email follow-up
Located in the United States, preferably in Atlanta, GA
Available during specified U.S. business hours
Independent, self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on performance
