OneHum is a fast-growing promotional products agency dedicated to helping brands create unforgettable branded experiences. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with creative teams to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing new accounts
Build and manage a personal pipeline using ZoomInfo, referrals, and targeted outreach
Conduct discovery calls, create proposals, and deliver tailored brand merchandise solutions
Work closely with our creative, sourcing, and account management teams to exceed client expectations
Track all activity in agency CRM and hit monthly gross profit targets
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience (preferably in promotional products, marketing services, or creative agencies)
Proven success in landing new accounts and building lasting client relationships
A confident, relationship-first approach and strong presentation skills
Self-driven, organized, and hungry for results
A passion for branding, design, and helping clients look amazing
