Responsibilities

Responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and ongoing support of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions
Ensure optimal performance of the ERP systems
Configure the systems and administer system security
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements
Troubleshoot complex issues with the ERP system
Ensure the ERP system aligns with strategic business objectives
Assist in mentoring and training ERP Systems Analyst

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of direct ERP systems experience
Working knowledge of Workday, UKG WFM Pro or comparable ERP system
