Responsibilities

Assess comprehensive training needs to plan, prepare, and roll out a statewide training program for the state’s new Voter Registration and Election Management System
Organize and promote training schedules with the various counties
Develop and deliver programs of learning activities
Prepare for delivering course materials
Instruct users on an individual or group basis
Learn the system usage patterns based on user stories and course materials to serve as a key resource for system users

Required

Familiar with Learning Management Systems and Zendesk
Content developer and instructional designer
Proficiency in Simulation Software Development

Certified Technical Trainer or equivalent

Preferred

Learning Management Systems and Zendesk: 6 years
