Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project development, including planning, execution, and closeout
Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of tasks
Develop and review schematics to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare progress reports and presentations for clients and upper management
Implement project coordination strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Utilize Prolog for documentation management and tracking project milestones
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze schematics and make informed decisions based on technical drawings
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow efficiency
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving project objectives
