Budgeting and scheduling

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organization skills

Excellent work planning skills

Excellent team facilitation skills

Excellent financial management skills

Registered Architect in the state of Ohio

Working knowledge of Revit

Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred

Project management experience in complex project types

Experience in healthcare design

Licensed in New York

Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes

MS Project experience
