Qualification
Required
Experience in hospital-based Billing and Accounts Receivable performance
Leadership experience within Patient Financial Services Management
Ability to oversee teams within the Patient Accounts department
Expertise in Billing, Cash application and reconciliation
Knowledge of Denial management and Third Party follow-up
Proven track record of ensuring accurate and timely billing
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable effectively
Strong relationship management skills with third party payers
Ability to protect and optimize cash collections
Experience in driving operational excellence
Mentoring experience with teams
Support for the financial health of the organization
