Endpoint Systems Engineer (TS/SCI CI Poly requied)

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on Microsoft system administrator experience in the planning, migrating, deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 services using Intune and MS Entra ID
Deploy, configure, and maintain Apple IOS clients and Windows devices
Document, install, test system patches and application updates
Experience with endpoint security solutions and technologies
Experienced with implementing and managing endpoints at scale using MS Intune, Windows Autopilot, and MS Entra ID for endpoint
Manage all aspects of the software imaging process
Develop master images and deployment procedures
Test new versions of operating system and endpoint software for compatibility, performance optimization and deployment
Work closely with compliance manager for ensure security compliance of the new images and/or any updates to the existing images
Work with the Support Software Release Manager with development, validation software of release process/technical procedures
Develop and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) checklists for imaging processes
Work with stakeholders for deployment/updates of the images
Update Knowledge Management System (KMS)
Provides management reports on image release/updates progress
Ensure security compliance to the supported applications and operating systems
Hands on experience designing and configuring Microsoft Windows and MAC End User technology including Antivirus, patch management and other System Administration tools
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as FISMA, SP800-53 Rev5, and M-22-09 Zero Trust
Experience with mobile device management solutions
Provide estimating for the level of effort required for implementation and testing of new installations, data sources
Perform integrations with network devices, such as VPN, firewall, routing
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Work independently or on very small teams to integrate systems and solutions, triage issues, and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Required

TS/SCI with Polygraph
4+ years of experience with network and system administration
2+ years demonstrated experience in the planning, management, and troubleshooting of Apple devices (mobile phones and laptops)
2+ years of experience in the design, development and implementation of new software products or major enhancements to existing software in an agile environment
BS in one or more areas of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Network Security or 4 years of equivalent experience
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Insider Threat Network/System/Software information technology and database systems
System and data integration, transformation, monitoring, and systematic problem solving
Successful track record in providing technical leadership in delivering architecture, engineering, and operation services
Functional/technical implementation experience with product(s)
Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
