Responsibilities
Leading strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget) and assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation
Building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad-hoc analyses
Providing financial insights to stakeholders by developing frameworks for revenue and margins across countries, customer segments, and products
Driving and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new features and regions, etc
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier company
Excellent quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis, using tools such as SQL, MS Excel, or Python
Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
A track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
A degree from a top university in finance or economics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a similar role in a fast growing fintech or tech scale-up
A CFA or other relevant industry certifications
An MBA from a top-tier university
