Responsibilities

Conduct joint due diligence, transaction structuring, and in-depth analysis of potential project finance deals
Prepare credit assessments, including adjudication opinions, financial projections, and stress tests, for senior review prior to Credit Approval Committee (CAC) submission
Present and defend credit cases to senior committees, including the CAC and Credit Management Committee (CMC)
Draft credit approval forms with clearly defined conditions precedent (CP) for transaction approval
Verify that all CPs have been met before closing or funding
Review and maintain accurate GCMS system entries
Examine legal documentation to ensure alignment with credit terms, covenants, collateral, amortization schedules, and interest rate structures
Post-disbursement, collaborate with Relationship Managers to complete interim and annual reviews on schedule
Ensure compliance with post-disbursement audits, loan reviews, and regulatory requirements

Required

Skilled Credit Analyst with strong underwriting expertise
Experience in approving and managing credit transactions in sectors such as utilities, power plants, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and large-scale infrastructure projects
Ability to conduct joint due diligence, transaction structuring, and in-depth analysis of potential project finance deals
Experience in preparing credit assessments, including adjudication opinions, financial projections, and stress tests
Ability to present and defend credit cases to senior committees, including the Credit Approval Committee (CAC) and Credit Management Committee (CMC)
Experience in drafting credit approval forms with clearly defined conditions precedent (CP) for transaction approval
Ability to verify that all CPs have been met before closing or funding
Experience in reviewing and maintaining accurate GCMS system entries
