Responsibilities

Ensure technical accuracy by validating system requirements and deliverables against stakeholder needs, specifications, and compliance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across subsystems, components, and interfaces throughout the system lifecycle
Act as a liaison across multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and communication
Drive process improvement by evaluating integration workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions
Support modeling, simulation, wargaming, and performance assessments to evaluate system integration, effectiveness, and mission alignment
Analyze mission data and system behavior to support system readiness, protection, and operational insights
Recommend and implement solutions for technical anomalies and integration bottlenecks to enhance system performance
Conduct and review technical impact analyses, audits, compliance inspections, and readiness evaluations
Monitor program schedules and acquisition execution, report requirement shortfalls, and assess programmatic risk
Correlate execution data with program baselines to produce accurate and timely acquisition and integration status reports
Advise leadership during technical engagements, including design reviews, working groups, and technical interchange meetings
Lead the development, review, and presentation of acquisition documentation (e.g., JCIDS artifacts) in accordance with DoD guidance and standards

Required

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline)
12+ years of progressively responsible experience in space systems, intelligence operations, or systems engineering
20+ years of total experience supporting Department of Defense programs, with a strong emphasis on space and intelligence missions
Deep subject matter expertise in integration of space systems, including subsystems, software, payloads, and communications architectures
Proven ability to identify and address integration challenges across hardware and software interfaces, ensuring cohesive system functionality
Strong technical understanding of space system design, command and control (C2) infrastructure, data flow, and interoperability within multi-agency and joint environments
In-depth experience coordinating complex technical efforts across multiple domains, stakeholders, and acquisition life cycle phases
Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and cross-functional teams on integration strategies, risks, and solutions in support of enterprise-level space initiatives
