City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Contract Compliance Manager to oversee quality control of business operations and enhance client satisfaction. The role involves developing relationships with independent contractors, managing inspections, and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with independent contractors and in-house staff by communicating client priorities and collaborating to solve problems

Communicate with Facilities Solutions Manager daily regarding any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message

Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting service level agreement

Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention

Use company CRM platform in accordance with daily duties

Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use

Other duties as necessary

Required

High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry

2 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or off site locations

Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Spanish speaking a major plus

Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement

Must be able to work at night - hours may range anywhere between 5pm - 2am (depending upon the specific needs on any particular day)

MS Office, Internet skills required
