Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed profit margin targets based on budget expectations
Manage and execute special service-related projects from initiation through completion
Collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Serve as a liaison between field operations, customers, and internal stakeholders
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation
Organize internal and external resources and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business
Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business
Identify larger Capital Project Leads and hand off to Engineering Sales Team
Regular attendance at teams meetings
Assist in development of growth initiatives
Share intel about customers/competitors/trends
Qualification
