Responsibilities

Perform basic reconnaissance and vulnerability scanning in accordance with established testing methodologies; identify common vulnerabilities that can be potentially exploited, document and report findings

Conduct more complex penetration tests, exploring more complex vulnerability analysis including misconfigurations and zero-day exploits, and developing more sophisticated exploitation techniques

Lead penetration tests, mentoring junior testers, and providing technical guidance to stakeholders

Design and lead complex penetration tests, develop customized tools and methodologies; provide expert guidance on security best practices; identify complex vulnerabilities, provide strategic security advice, and lead remediation efforts; collaborate with management to develop security policies, train other cybersecurity professionals, and stay abreast of emerging threats
