They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Business Insurance team to deliver prompt and knowledgeable service to clients, including processing policy changes and conducting policy audits.

Providing support to the Business Insurance team

Processing policy changes

Issuing certificates and evidence of property insurance

Conducting policy audits

Maintaining the highest level of accuracy

Qualification

Property & Casualty licenseCommercial Insurance experienceCustomer Service experienceDiplomaAssociatesDegreeExperience working with EPIC

Required

High school diploma required

Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience

Two (2) years Customer Service experience

Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Experience working with EPIC
