Responsibilities

Technical Evangelism: Become the technical authority on Solace Agent Mesh, articulating its value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
Solution Design: Create reference architectures and proof-of-concepts demonstrating Solace Agent Mesh capabilities in AI-driven use cases
Customer Engagement: Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to identify customer needs and position Solace solutions
Competitive Analysis: Maintain deep knowledge of competitive AI orchestration platforms and articulate Solace's differentiators
Content Creation: Develop technical content including demos, whitepapers, and presentations showcasing Solace Agent Mesh capabilities
Sales Support: Partner with account executives to develop technical strategies that drive sales cycles forward
Industry Expertise: Apply domain knowledge to create industry-specific AI solutions using Solace technology

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and agent-based architectures
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies
Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business value
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be based out of the US, legally able to work in the US

Preferred

Experience with Solace PubSub+ Event Broker or similar messaging technologies
Knowledge of AI orchestration platforms and frameworks
Hands-on experience building AI applications or integrating LLMs into enterprise solutions
Understanding of event mesh concepts and implementation patterns
Experience in one or more key industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Transportation
Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)
