Responsibilities
Lead site planning and optimization process through data driven analysis and customer insights (macro trends, customer data, and search trends)
Develop strategic direction and guiding principles to ensure a consistent experience balanced with flexibility for new activations
Establish measurable KPIs for all components of the Homepage experience inclusive of creative content performance, membership activation, and more
Build strategies to deliver and exceed KPI goals which include customer click through, add-to-carts and content attributed revenue; report performance results to senior leadership weekly
Ideate, develop and launch new features in partnership with product, engineering and UX teams, informed by user research, and proven via A/B testing
Gain buy-in from cross-functional partners and leadership teams through clear communication and content strategy presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area
Preferred
ECommerce merchandising, UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Business Management, or related area
Master's degree in Merchandising, Visual Design, Business Management, or related area
