The Growth Manager will play a key role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategies to attract and nurture leads while supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support Kargo’s enterprise business by sourcing, lead and demand generation, and providing data insights to sales leaders

Help coach and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth

Work closely with our sales team, providing tactical marketing support to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts

Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels including email, social media, PPC, and more

Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, optimizing features for lead/pipeline management, marketing automation, tracking and reporting

Track, analyze and report on KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies

Own and execute best in class Account Based Marketing programs while serving as a center of excellence for enterprise marketing strategy
